Once your order enters our Vermont production facility, the components (all US made) are cut to your measurements and assembled by our caring, long-time employees. (We call them craftspeople as that truly reflects their skill and attitude.) With a very stable work force and only the best components,you can be assured of the highest quality product - best fit, best insulating value, most durable window shade.
After assembly is complete and EVERY shade in your order individually Quality Control tested and signed, we package each shade first in an individual sleeve for protection and then in a sturdy box for shipping.
