The giveaway is when a hold down is viewed:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cellularwindowshades.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Hold-Downs.jpg\" alt=\"Hold Downs \" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As you can see, the hold down itself is screwed (from the back) ONTO the door; the slight protrusion at the front of the hold down fits into a hole in the end cap. Since everything fits together, and needs to screw in, there is no maneuver-room if the shade is installed as an &#8220;inside&#8221; mount.<\/p>\n<p>Will the bottom flap if used on a door when NO hold down is used?
