- If there is an issue or defect with your shade in the first 90 days after you receive you shade (s) we will remake the shade at no cost. All you need to pay for is the shipping. The reason why we ask that you cover the shipping is because with domestic claims our clients are able to send us their shades for repair rather than getting an entirely new shade. We understand the time, hassle, and extra cost that would mean for international clients so we decided to just go ahead and remake the shade entirely- great deal right?
- If your shade needs any parts for repairs, we are more than happy to send them to you at no cost for 5 years from the receipt of your purchase.
- If you cannot make the repair on your own and the 90 day window has closed, no worries! You can just ship your shade(s) to our facility and we will fix them right up for you! All you’ll need to pay is the shipping and a $50 labor charge.
